The Sharon City Cyber Academy will provide students with a quality virtual education program.

  • Individualized instruction and support by Pennsylvania certified and highly qualified teachers

  • Opportunity to participate in a wide variety of District activities, including athletics,

  • Homecoming, prom, graduation, and more

  • Cyber Academy students successfully completing the program will earn a Sharon City School District diploma at Commencement

We are proud to partner with Accelerate Education to offer K-12 students a personalized, rich, digital curriculum and tools for individualizing learning paths, giving each student a unique experience for success. Teachers will support each student’s learning goals and meet their needs for remediation or acceleration of content as needed.

Maintain Enrollment in the Sharon City School District

  • Upon completion of all graduation requirements, cyber students will graduate with a Sharon City Diploma

  • Cyber curriculum is aligned to the Sharon City School District Curriculum 

  • Students will earn letter grades on both report cards and transcripts

  • QPA will be calculated with virtual education classes

  • Students can participate in all Sharon City -sponsored events including homecoming, prom, graduation, athletics and activities

  • Health screenings are offered at school

  • Students are required to participate (on site at a Sharon City SD school) in State testing: PSSA and Keystones

  • Seniors must complete all graduation requirements and may participate in graduation ceremonies.
